The principle of operation of the diaphragm dosing pump:
The absorption of fluid into the working chamber of the pump head occurs during the reciprocating motion of the membrane. When injecting the liquid is pushed by the membrane in reverse motion into the pressure line. The performance of the dosing pump is regulated by changing the frequency and volume of pulses.
Materials used in the manufacture of pumps (PP, PVDF, PVC, AISI), resistant to most chemical reagents, allow to dose the concentration of acid and alkali, complex organic and inorganic compounds.
